Package Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Planet Missy garment tags are intact and the invoice is included.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
